Garlic, onion, ginger, and dill with a light black pepper balance that works on the delicate stuff. Use it on tilapia, salmon, cod, crab cakes, and shrimp. But do not sleep on it with chicken. Grilled, baked, or pan-seared, the brightness hits different on poultry in the best way. Available in salted and unsalted.
