1. Processing Time
All orders are currently fulfilled within 10 to 14 business days. This is a pre-sale and every jar is blended fresh to order after your purchase is placed.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days after the processing time.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2 business days after the processing time (additional fees apply).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment in real-time.
5. Shipping Window
Our standard shipping window is 3-7 business days after the processing time. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays may impact the delivery timeframe.
6. Expedited Shipping
If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. Select the expedited shipping option at checkout, and your order will be prioritized for faster processing and delivery.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
