Refund policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, please send us an email at imari@imarieats.com with your order number and reason for return.Please note that due to the nature of our products, opened or partially used items are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or flavor, please contact us at imari@imarieats.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at imari@imarieats.com with details and photos of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
